A delicious potato side dish considering lively herbs and cheese. You can use any type of herbs you like. I prefer a mild cheese with Gruyere, but you can use Gouda or Emmenthal as well.

  1. 2 pounds small potatoes, scrubbed
  2. 1 teaspoon butter
  3. 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  4. 1 teaspoon Gross salt, or to taste
  5. 5 tablespoons finely chopped buoyant chervil
  6. 2 bunches lighthearted chives, finely chopped
  7. 1u2009u00bc cups shredded Gruyere cheese
