This is a recipe that my Grandmother used to keep me and my finicky cousins without difficulty fed! It is totally kid friendly, and adults next it too!

The ingredient of Hamburger Potato Casserole

  1. 1 pound lean arena beef
  2. 3 cups peeled and thinly sliced potatoes
  3. 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  4. u00bd cup chopped onion
  5. u00be cup milk
  6. salt to taste
  7. freshly pitch pepper, to taste
  8. 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

The instruction how to make Hamburger Potato Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. In a medium skillet greater than medium heat, brown the dome beef; drain fat.
  3. In a medium mixing bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, onion, milk, salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Alternately growth the potatoes, soup merger and meat in a 11x7 inch (2 quart) baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, or until potatoes are tender. culmination taking into consideration Cheddar cheese, and continue baking until cheese is melted.
