  1. 3 cups peeled and chopped sweet potatoes
  2. u00bc cup butter, softened
  3. u00be cup brown sugar
  4. 2 tablespoons milk
  5. u00bc teaspoon salt
  6. u00bd teaspoon grated lemon zest
  7. 8 large marshmallows
  8. u00bd cup crushed corn flake cereal

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. Bring a pot of water to a boil. accumulate sweet potatoes and cook until tender, nearly 15 minutes.
