  3. 2 cloves garlic, minced
  4. 4 large basil leaves, chopped
  5. 2 sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil, drained and chopped

  7. 1 dried chipotle chili pepper
  8. 1 bay leaf
  9. 2 cups sweet peas
  10. 1 tablespoon vegetable bouillon
  11. 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar

  13. 1 pinch freshly ground black pepper
